While the apartments are nice and updated, the staff is unfriendly and difficult to work with. If there is a problem in the apartment you have to call several times before you can get anyone to come out and take care of things. The hastle is not worth the nice apartment and lower rent.

iam a consultant and moove around whole country for different projects and i would say these are the worst apts i have ever seen/been in the whole country in terms of staff,maintenance,apt conditions and iam waiting for my lease to expire so that i can moove immediately, the staff is so rude and their rules are so ridiculous that you wonder they are trying to rob money out of their tenants,they have charged me a fine for trash disposal which i don't even know of and i never keep my trash outside my apt, i just pick up my trash and dump in the trash disposal system but when i asked when was there a trash bag sitting outside my apt they say the maintenance guys saw it and never let me talk with that guy to know when this happened which is ridiculous, also i was 1 day late on my rent payment only one time in almost whole year and they charged me $50 fine without even a warning, when you talk to the staff they think you are at their mercy and also the management is like that, i have vowed that i will never rent any apts from ARDENT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT again, the apt walls are so paper thin that u can clearly hear from your neibhours everyday i have to hear my neibhours fights betw husband and wife,in winter the apt guys don't even care about cleaning the roads inside apts or even the walkways and steps they don't even put salt on the walkways if you have kids never ever think of staying here they would be hurt definitely in winter falling from steps,walkways,roads even i have seen adults slip and fall down.the walls are so thin that even if you keep ur thermostat at 85 you will still be freezing in winters and if you complain you get a standard answer saying its usual everywhere in winters which is absurd. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY POLARIS CROSSINGS/ARDENT PROPERTY MANAGEMNT.
