Absolutely agree with the other comments. The staff is very rude. THe maintenance is a nightmare. It takes 6-7 reminders to get them to even put a maintenance order in their system.
When we go pay the rent - they swipe the card, write the apt number on the slip. One month - I got notice of evacuation stating that I did not pay the rent and if I do not pay it in 30 days (with a 50$ fine), I will need to give up the apt. After showing them my credit card statement, they realised it was a their fault, but were not even sorry about the inconvenience. Instead - she tells me make sure the person who takes the rent writes the correct address on the slip. How hard can it be to look up a residnet by name and match it to the receipt.
Never Never rent again from Polaris Crossings...
