My wife and I have lived in several apartment communities around the country and this one ranks at the very top! I am truly a resident and not a staff member posing as a resident (which happens often on this site).

The staff at the front office is great. Everyone working there takes into account that they are dealing with people and their homes. The are very considerate and understanding. If you go on vacation they even get your mail and hold it for you and take your garbage can in and out of your garage so you don't miss garbage day. We've never had that offered...anywhere.

Of course, living in a community you have to deal with the occassional rude neighbor, but all in all it is great.

Very resonable prices (escpecially for the area). Anything that has "Polaris" in the name usually means something we can't afford. Floorplans (2 bedrooms 2.5 baths)are great for a small family or singles. Attached garages are a major plus!! I don't know how we lived without an attached garage before.

I wish I could name names but the site won't allow it....but my many thanks to the girls in the front office for everything.

Maintenance issues (if any) have always been addressed promptly.

I would recommend these townhomes to anyone.
