This place was great aside from the fact that our neighbors were loud and had REALLY loud pets...oh, and as long as we remembered to turn up our music when the woman next door was in her bedroom. The neighborhood is well-lit and very safe. Parking was never a problem, and the staff was willing to do anything to make the place better, including changing our lightbulbs. That is, until the storm. Then my ceiling began to leak into my bedroom..as in...i filled a bucket with water before the night was over. Then, they refused to do anything bc it was Saturday. Despite numerous phone calls from me, it still wasn't even looked at until tuesday (all the while water was still comming in). When they did fix it, a week later, they covered NONE of my furnature, and their plaster and paint ruined a lot of my stuff. I guess they didnt consider the pond in my bedroom an Emergancy maintance situation. Oh yeah, and about 2 months before that part of the garage ceiling fell on my car.
