In SHORT: We were excited upon moving in! The model was beautiful and clean, and everything new! But we were in for a suprise. The windows are VERY
cheap. (The most expensive gas bill we've had.) We can hear our neighbor ALL the
time. Children leave their garbage/toys everywhere in everyone's yard. There is
PLENTY of trash all over our backyard from them, and when asked to have it removed, we waited for 3 months, and after 5 phone calls, it was finally taken care of. We experienced a fire from fireworks over the 4th. You must pay to use the workout facility. Rent is increased each year. Parking is a MESS and you must pay for a parking permit (but ONLY 2 permits per unit, so you're out of luck if you have roomates), and guests MUST park in guest areas (which are blocks away from our unit) or their cars will be towed. Our garage floods, and the sliding glass door lets in water since the gutters over it haven't been cleaned in who knows how long. There are several other things that are "demanded" with fliers posted ALL over the property, but of course not inforced (ie. garbage can removal, our neighbor's can has been out since last trash day). The staff, I WILL admit is very friendly, but they just aren't maintaining a great community. Month 2: we were informed by an older tennant that this is the worst management he's seen since he's been here, which he informed us was several years. Well, we figured that out for ourselves.
