When I moved in a little over 4 years ago, this was a great place to live. I knew the staff that worked here and they were always willing to help us out with any problems we had. The only problems we had were with the property being noisy from all of the trucks that drive by and hard break.

Since then, they have been bought by another company. The new company doesn't care at all about keeping their residents happy.

I'm writing this about 15 min after my car was towed from directly in front of my apartment. That's the equivelant of having someone pull up in your driveway and tow your car away and then force you to pay $130 before you can have it back.

What kind of customer service is that' There is plenty of parking available, and from my living room couch I can see a couple hundred empty spaces.

In fact, about a month ago they even raise our rent to "continue providing customer service the way our residents expect". Things are getting worse, not better.

This isn't the only problem we've had since the new company took over. Once they claimed that we didn't pay our rent and charged us a rediculous amount of late fees when THEY lost the check.

Anyway, I would never recommend this place, or any other property run by Clover Management Inc.
