So many things to complain about.
First, my brothers car recently got stolen from the apartment complex and, of course, his parking pass was in the car. Not only did he have to deal with all the stress of finding a new car right away and having to dish out money for it, the people in the rental office were trying to charge him $50 for a new parking pass. After arguing with them about this a couple times, they finally agreed to wave the $50, but only after I mentioned how it's stated on the parking pass itself " WE LOVE OUR RESIDENTS" (which of course is a load of crap)We shouldn't have had to argue about this in the first place.
2nd..
Last night we experienced a gas leak in our apt. The fire dept came out.. and the gas company..and today I went to the office to let them know about it and tell them we were advised to get a new stove and we can't turn our gas back on until this is fixed obviously. But guess what' They decided not to work today. It is Saturday, and yes, they are supposed to be here today. OH well..But hey! they love us right.
Another thing, the landscaping company that comes around here is horrible! They chopped down all my sunflowers, which to me, is very upsetting. The lady that works in the office did offer to give me a dollar off my rent for the incident. As tempting as that was, I declined. Just a few more things to add...you have to pay to use the fitness center and the bathrooms in there are disgusting. The excercise equipment is always broken. And as stated above, if you lose your parking pass, or if it's stolen, you need to pay $50 to park in your own parking lot. The people in the rental office are rude and inconsiderate, only care about themselves, and don't deserve to have the jobs they have. (they can't even do them)Everyone that I have ever spoken to about this place absolutely hates it. I have even ran into someone at a gas station that noticed my key chain from Polaris Pointe and they started talking my ear off about all the bad experiences they had here.Our gutters are falling off the side of the building and there have been HUGE potholes in the parking since winter.(It is now July 1st and they just fixed them yesterday) Please DO NOT move into this apartment complex! I can't wait to leave. If I could I would give this place a rating of NEGATIVE 10,827,422.
