I have lived here for a period of 14 months. It's the worst. They don't fix anything the roof leaks and they simply paint over it. I had water pockets on the wall and the maintenance group left a note saying they couldn't find the water leak. What does it take to be in the maintenace dept' The gutters are terrible. Every time it rains I have LARGE holes in the yard from where the gutters are so full that the rain comes over the top. The landscaping. They don't have a clue at what that word is.
The parking is a nightmare.
The new management team changes what ever they feel like and then they tell you later well, it's new management you know. Well that is a problem..We don't know what they have changed until your faced with issues and then they tell you the rules have changed.
The new residences are noisy and drive like idots. They have no respect for themsleves or anyone around them.
I have gave a my notice to move and I can't wait to get out.
