Ok im going to break it down for you guys. All true because I used to be an employee

* The roofs leak and Clover Management refuses to fix them. They think by putting big gobs of roof patch that it will fix the problem... Not So Much! They are so cheap they will not even pay a professional roof company to come out and replace (or even fix) these roofs! They have the maintanance staff "fix" this problem.

* They will not pay a cleaning company to come out and clean the apartments after someone moves out! They make the poor maintainace guys do it! Now thats cheap!

* They smoke in the office! Yes, In the actual rental office! You can walk in any day at any time and the office smells like cigarette somke. That is so unprofessional!

* The maintanance staff are extreamly nice however they are really over worked and underpaid. Clover management beats down it's employees and never has a kind word, so knowing that what kind of service do you think you will receive'

* Parking'!'!' Forget about it! There is none.

* They refuse to repave the parking lot so hope that you don't get a flat tire or tear up your car trying to drive to your apartment.

* Landscaping. They owe plenty of landscaping companies money so they are not able to get decent service. They are being sued for money that is owed. Need I say more.

* They don't like certain types of people. And thats all I'm going to say.

* Dog waste ALL OVER the grounds. They will not do anything about it.

* They have a grounds keeper that is 83 years old (that is his acutal age) and he works once a week (if he really feels like it) If he doesn't go out and clean, it doesn't get done. Point blank.

* Snow removal. Forget about it! They wont pay for it to be done.

* They will rent to pretty much anyone because they have so many vacant apartments. They are not being picky at all.

If you like that paticular floor plan, there are 3 other apartment communities just like it in a 2 mile radius of Polaris Pointe Townhomes. Fieldstone Trace, Stratford Chase and Park Club. I would suggest that you check those out first.

Good luck!

I live at Park Club...not a wise choice either!!! Luxury apartments...ha! that's funny! If you want to pay too much on rent for a place you could spend half as much in the ghetto, go right ahead...it's your perogative!!!

Ha...funny thing is...I currently have a "space" at Polaris Point and I have also rented from Park Club. Park Club was a thousand times better than Polaris Point. At PC you just have to call-a few dozen times a day-they fix things when they've had enough of your mouth. Anyway, let's break this down, renting ANYWHERE plain and simple sucks. Oh wouldn't it be nice if we as renters could have our voice heard?

I live at Polaris Pointe and am really not happy with the place. To start, when we moved in...the door was unlocked, lights were on and there was pee in the toilet. Eww! The major issue we've had is that it turns out a former owner had a cat who used to pee into the vents upstairs!! This was only discovered after I hired a duct company to check out the problem. Polaris Pointe kept sending a maintenance person to band-aid the problem with odor eater. At one point they told me they didn't smell anything. It was disgusting. They ended up replacing our vents and decreased our rent, but only because I was a huge pain in their ass. Take my advice, just because it has the name Polaris and "luxury" doesn't mean it's nice.

I lived at Polaris Point fo 2 years (2007- 2009). The staff is very professional. Anytime I had a problem, it was resolved that day. But of course, I paid my rent very well. I never smelled smoke in the office. I am aware of one disgruntled maintenance staff member who got fired and have no doubt this post is by you Stephanie. You were asked to ticket cars improperly parked and used your power for personal agendas. I was one of those victims and was glad to see you go. Now your crush on the maintenace man was obvious and got him fired by smoking pot in empty apartments you were supposed to be working on... not partynig and getting laid. My guess is one of these responses is from the maintenance man as well. SAD!!! My snow was removed, my apartment was nice and the landscaping is beautiful. I had wonderful neighbors whom I am still friends with and had I not moved out of state for employment purposes, I would still be in my apartment at Polaris Point. This post is vindictive and should be removed. It's not that hard to get the IP address Stephanie and I wouldn't be surprised if you get sued. To the girl with the pee odors. If the electric was on... so what. If the door was unlocked... so what. If it smelled foul in the apartment... why did you rent it? It's obvious that this is you again Stephany. Give it a rest. Anyone with half a brain can see the tranparency of this post and knows you are a disgruntled employee who thought as long as you flirted with the head maintenance older gent, you would have job security. Well, live and learn young one. Live and learn. Polaris Point management team obviously does act professionally or you'd still be there... *wink*.

I have had no problems getting my maintenance needs met. When we moved in, the carpet was not in good condition, but they gave us no issues about replacing it with new. To help make up for the inconvenience, they did not make us pay our pro-rated rent. They were also willing to replace our kitchen floor without a problem. We have an upgraded unit and we find it to be pretty nice. We have quiet neighbors and no problem with parking. I won't lie...it's not perfect. They did lose our rent check once and they could do better handling the dog poop and landscaping. But, to live here for a year or two is certainly more than comfortable.
