The place is old and dingy. The unit we got was far from what the model looks like. The bathroom floors are old and stained from previous water damage. Our second floor bedroom creaks very loudly as you walk across it. They tried to fix it, but it's still very loud. Parking is limited. There are water spots all over the second floor ceilings, so we are crossing our fingers that nothing leaks. The only snow removal they did during our winter storms was one or two times and they only cleared a small area of the roads. They never cleared the sidewalks. I actually fell from ice on the sidewalk. The place is very drafty and cold during the winter. Our gas bill was very high. Luckily we are out of here in a few months.
