This place is terrible....they make up all kinds of rules (parking, dogs, trash cans) and then never follow through and enforce them. Upkeep is minimal at best (they cut the grass), every apartment needs new windows and a new roof. Ours leaks every time it rains hard. Want something fixed' Be prepared to contact the office at least 3 times. I just got an eviction notice taped to my garage door for non payment of rent. That's funny, you cashed the check the first business day after the 1st of July...A simple call would have sufficed to check on why my rent is late and to figure out the problem (they are at fault) STAY AWAY!
