I have been a resident here for 3 months... and it has all been horrible!! While nice to our face, management seems to all have different opinions of why we are having problems. We dealt with our master bath leaking into the kitchen for 8 weeks! Every time we call in to inquire about getting it fixed, they seem to think that we are making things up. While the leak has been reduced, it is still not fixed. My fiance spoke with the district manager today who told us that our problem was because we stand on top of the vent and let water drip down it!!! Absolutely absurd!

No maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manner and they seem to think everything is your fault. I would seriously re-consider living here - it is not worth it.

Also - the parking lots are TERRIBLE! Rarely can you find a place nearby to park and the pavement is very uneven and bumpy!
