my apartment is an updated one, from what ive herd it was updated because it burnt down first from a fireworks! I like the neighbor hood because im 22 and dont care for quiteness, also i have a large dog that is not leashed and i havent herd any thing about it. parking isnt as bad as everyone says, you have a garage, some apartment can fit 2 cars infront of the garage, and there are visitor parking lots that are NEVER full. I have friendly neighbors that have partys once in a while but never LOUD. Maintenance is as bad as everyone says! they forget, are slow, and are rude! If your young and have the money i would recommend this place for the fact that the office isnt very strict and you dont have to live quitly like you would at other apartment communities.
