THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO MOVE. THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS OR THEIR CONCERNS. THE MAINTENANCE IS HORRIBLE. THEY DO NOT DO THEIR JOB AT ALL. THEY DO NOT SHOW UP WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO AND THEY ARE NOT EDUCATED ENOUGH TO FIX THE ISSUES. THE RENT IS OVER PRICED BECAUSE THEY DO NOT UPKEEP WITH THE PROPERTY OR MAINTENANCE. THE ROOFS ARE IN TERRIBLE CONDIDTION, THE CIELINGS ARE CAVING IN, THERE ARE DRYWALL PATCHES ALL OVER THE APARTMENT AND THE WINDOWS LEAK. FURTHERMORE, FINDING A PARKING SPOT IS A NIGHTMARE, AND THE PROPERTY IS COVERED IN TRASH AND DOG WASTES.
