Dogs are allowed here, but people with dogs pick up thier poop. They also have someone that walks around to pick it up. I have no problem with parking. The one time I did call maintenence they came out right away. Potholes have been fixed. Office people are friendly, more friendly then any other complex in this area as I check them all out. Quite a few are also next to the train tracks. If you are an adult get an appt on the south side, if you have kids go to the north. That generally seems to be the dispertion.
