I've lived here for about 2 months. I did put an order in because there's a leak in the gas stove that they haven't come to fix yet and I put it in the first week I moved in. Other than that, it's overall nice. The walls are a bit thin but I never have any issues with my neighbors being exsessively loud.

It seems to be a nice area for kids, the parking is good, and the staff is very friendly. It's an amazing price for how big the places are and I would recommend it to anyone.
