Staff is not very knowledgeable including service techs. Main service tech is the only one that knows what he is doing. Takes a long time for anything to get done. Apts are out dated need complete over hall. There have been several fires in apartments. Snow removal has improved since past but still not the greatest after a storm may take a half a day or more before they will salt. I have lived here for a few years now there seams to be a revolving door with tennants i have had 4 neighbors so far in just a couple of years. talked to one neighbor who lived here many many years and they have noticed the crowd moving in is not very friendly and trashy. Many beater cars just sitting around in the lots there are areas with poor lighting. Many kids messing with peoples doors concerned with possible breakins. i would avoid this complex and would avoid this general area crime is on the rise.

Considering the amount of snowfall we had, I thought that the removal was pretty decent. The snow removal company had some things happen (equipment broke) but they got working equipment and were out the same day to rectify. That is pretty good service, I think.

any snow in a public place where people like to walk should be cleared away having equipment break is no excuse when they can rent a replacement. when they push the snow into a pile that bottle necks the road to one are and when we get freezing rain without any salt for two days on hills than there is a problem i think you need to walk around after it snows and think before you act. UPDATE 2009, Finally new owners of the complex came down hard on the snow removal company for keeping the apts clear. Not sure why they just didnt get a new company but after a few more complaints (found out there were several residents complaing) they got on the company to be out here all of the time instead of only salting the hills they are now clearing all areas.
