parking is assigned to residents. most of the assigned spots are a building away from where you live...who came up with that' there is no visitor parking and no real place for them to park on the street. my space was occupied and my husband had to park in another spot. they towed him....there were no signs stating any parking rules. when my attorney mentioned that to them they immediately went around to post signs...luckily i was able to take before and after pictures to prove my case.
any important documents they stick on you door which in most cases blows away. I had a problem with that, told them i did not recieve it but i had submitted an intent to pay in their drop box. they didn't recieve it but i was still held responsible for the one they put on my door which blew away (if it was ever there in the first place) i contested it and won but it was a very big inconvience.
on a better note if you need to pay your rent late (even two weeks or so, they are very flexible with that). tjey evem evicted a man because he was tendin to his mother's sudden death and wasn't able to pay the rent early enough for them...so he lost his mother and his home.....pretty heartless.

Could this be due to the trash the staff is allowing to move in here? When i first moved in it was great now there are 5 people living in two bedroom apartments junkers sitting in the parking lots residents who have 3 or more cars when your only allowed garage and one spot.

I agree.....there IS some trash they allow in..>ALL apartments are letting section 8 in it seems...HOWEVER, for the most part I have lived here 3 years and i have NEVER encountered a major drug bust hahaha..I WILL give you the fact that they do seem careless in posting notices, and the parking CAN be a pain if you don't have a garage or have more than one car, but it's not a BAD place to live. I don't know WHERE people are getting ideas Little Turtle in general is BAD! It's Westerville/New Albany people!
