Really Cool Townhomes

I lived here about 4 years ago, and now I have moved back, because I liked it so much. The townhomes have a neat and unique layout, and the value is oustanding. A 2 BR, 2.5 bath townhome with an attached garage for under $800! And, the area is great. I have a beautiful view of the golf course and a lot of large mature trees. We feel like it's a nature preserve back here!
A few small complaints, though. The office staff wasn't always super-helpful. The assigned parking is ridiculous. To all of you who complain about people who don't use their garage, here's an example of why...We have a large universal gym, and the floors here are not strong enough to support it, so we have to keep it in the garage. Since we only have 1 assigned parking spot, we have to also use a visitor space, half way down the street, which stinks. The parking spots around my buidling are usually empty, yet I can't use them.
I do feel a little nervous about what kind a people a place that costs this much will attract. My previous apartment community was fairly high-priced, but it kept out the riff-raff, if you know what I mean! We also don't like how the streets are line with everybody's garbage cans.

I have lived here just about two years now and have noticed a different kind of crowd moving in but would have thought a price around 800.00 would keep most out when there are others far cheaper but I was wrong. I would agree with you on the staff not being very helpful and they dont have much knowledge for the possitions they are in and this is including maintanence.
