I have been here for 2 years now and just love it! There has been a lot of changes in the last year but things seem to be getting better. Crawford Communities took over Remington back in September, and at first it was a little crazy but now that I have met the whole office staff and maintenace staff they have been GREAT!! My A/C went out yesterday, one of the hottest days of the year so far and they came right out and fixed it for me and mind you it was around 7pm...and he wasnt done after me either. That really showed me that they care about there residents. Also I love the area, it is so nice and quite, a great place to raise a family. And what you get for the price is the best in town. I just renewed my lease and they didnt increase, now thats hard to come by now a days. If I had a complant it would have to be about some of the residents not picking up after there pets. But I told the office and they said they are planing on do inspections now that its gettting nice out. Over all I do really like it here and I am planing on staying for a while.

OH...NEED I CONTINUE to try and get people (supposed residents that LOVE it here) to be CONCERNED with or CARE about the fact that there are NUMEROUS loose stones in the steps leading to the streets, that management doesn't think TWICE about threatening ANYONE with eviction when it comes to trash bins that HAVE NO OTHER PLACE TO GO, OR when water bills that are cleary an ERROR are disputed?! People, wake up...Robin and staff BEFORE - THEY CARED - this place? Let's see, how many FEW months have they been in "control" and we're on manager number TWO!? Oh yeah, I'll KEEP reminding of fobs for workout facility that doesn't work,. rude staff that fails to find or get packages, ignores residents WHILE they stand and wait to pay rent, OH and let's not go down the road of BLATANT section 8 allowance - since while I was WAITING on a package not being helped, a couple was offered SAME floorplan as I for $800 LESS...not a few bux off, like 2/3 OFF! It's going downhill and if Crawford COmmunities wants to come in here, a voice for residents, and try and butter themselves up - huh...there's plenty more complainers I can get on here to put a stop to THAT. You already get yopur money for NO work and NO care to the facility - why don't you do some work and let actual residents vent and exercise our freedmom of speech instead of trying to come in hear and act like everything is grand at Remington Station....I think there's cement steps needing fixed right now...what's that?..The sound of a child or a pregnant lady falling and a lwayer being called?...

i would agree with the residents not cleaning up after their pets. They also should clean up there garbage if it tips over and spills. There are some loud residents with stereos where I live. Fixing the AC with the old staff was not considered an after hrs emergency since cooling is a luxury but heating is a necessity.

Zenosidal you are so right...the ofiice staff is getting on here and writing phony reviews! I have yet to meet a single person who loves Remington! It's funny that management has time to get on here and make up this b.s. but doesn't have time to answer the phones or listen to tenant concerns. AC is a luxury and we pay luxury prices...I expect to have working air...I don't care what the temp is! As for the "person" above are you kidding me...the hottest day of the year was Saturday where were they then? They "did not" have the "right equipment" to fix the a/c...what kind of company is not prepared for hot weather? I pay $1000 a month I deserve all the amenities they claim to have for their residents! I wish the old office staff was around...the new staff SUCKS...I tried to be nice and all I got in return were attitude and snide remarks. Thanks Crawford Communities thanks I will never live in any of your properties...Im sure the office staff is a reflection of you...and that is not a good thing.
