I moved into Remingtion in Feb 2006, we decided to move when Crawford came in and took over. We were not sure what was going to happen with our rent, our lease was up etc. This is probably one of the best communtities I have ever lived in. Please remember not everyone can be as pleased as I am. I have met the new office staff and maintenance. I love Rob and Zeb. I miss Robynne,Janel, Shannon they were a family to us but tend to think pretty highly of the new girls Sabrina and Juscena. We are in a horrific situation at this moment with AEC communities Lake Forest and . The Remington office staff has taken the time to look over our lease trying to help us get out of it with no commitment or obligation to them. I would move back to Remingtion in a heartbeat compared to where we are living now. If you want a taste of bad office staff go to Lake Forest on Sunbury Rd. That complex is noisy and has nothing going for them. Once my lease is up I will be back Remingtion we have our privacy, our kids can play, and I always had good neighbors for the most part. I lived on Buffalo and could not have asked for a better place to live. I used to love to sit on my back porch in the am and look out at the woods.

So you don't live here...how the heck do you know how the office staff treats their current residents...I am sure they are super nice to you right now they want you to move in! As for Sabrina, she is very rude, has no people skills and treats you like you are putting her out. The only person in the office that actually does her job and does it well is Donna(I think that is her name). I agree Zeb is great at doing what he does! If you are thinking of moving in here think again. I would not move in to Remington look elsewhere!

You must not have been hearing the loud stereos from several cars, kids running around like they own the place throwing things, hitting cars, hitting each other. Parents no where around. The new office staff has no clue. I would agree the old staff had half a brain now combined you would be lucky if you had half a brain with the entire staff. Sabrina is very rude and should not be in the possition she is in. She treats residents as if they are beneath her. I cant wait to get the heck out of here. Noisy and Trashy residents just dont care. Complex doesnt care. Stay away. Also to comment Rob doesnt know how to follow up. Zeb is the only service person who knows what he is doing. Zeb has some tough shoes to fill since Greg left. I cant say that I blame Greg, and Janel for leaving this dump and new office staff. You should question why if they were so good that they left. It could just be that the new company doesnt care including their staff.

Well I have been a resident since sabrina started and I think she is GREAT, and I don't believe she treats anybody like they are below her. She and the rest of the staff have always taken care of me and other residents I know of. They always come take care of my problems the day I put in a work order, and Sabrina has been the biggest help of all. I love it here and would't think of moving out anytime soon. The prices are also GREAT, if you are looking to move to a 2 bdrm I would recommend moving here! :)
