I've lived at Remington Station for 4 years and absolutely love it! Any maintenance issue I've had has been handled quickly. It's a quiet area, decent neighbors, decent parking, clean grounds. Even as management has changed, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Totally recommend this place!

This is a joke right? Hey office staff anyone with a brain that reads this review will know you wrote it! PEOPLE WHO ARE THINKING OF MOVING IN HERE THINK AGAIN!!!! It is nothing like this person says parking sucks, staff sucks, area is okay and neighbors well some are okay others well lets just say they are a little special.

I have never had a problem with the staff. THey've always been friendly and taken care of my requests quickly. Not sure how parking could suck when we have assigned spots. Mine is always available, plus I have a garage. Neighbors keep to themselves. Grounds are kept clean (at least in my area).

Has anyone else noticed that there are two specific people that want to portray complete negativity on Remington Station. It kind of cracks me up that people have nothing better to do then to sit on this site wait for a review just to slander Remington Station. I have been coming on here trying to make a decision to move here. This is completely ridiculous. Did you ever stop to think it is the anonymous people who are making this a terrible place to live. If you continualy have nothing good to say why say anything at all. Just because you don't like it does not mean you have to sit on here and slam everyone and everything. Then if there is something negative written whoever the two residents are completly agree. Why don't you guys just move if you hate Remington this much that you literally sit here and wait for someone to write something so that you can slam it. The sad part is you can tell it is the same two people because you guys say the same thing on every review. We all get it you hate Remington, move, the office staff does not have time to sit and right reviews about the property they have bigger problems to deal with. Stop slamming the community and employees you have no clue what it does to their morale.... How would you feel if someone did this to you every day. You go to any other apt rating for any other complex and it is nothing like this. Nobody even takes the time to respond to reviews.

First of all let me say that this is my first responce on this page but just had to comment on the hypocracy. of the comment above.1. you're anonymous! 2. You took you're time to post nothing but NEGITIVITY. 3. The purpose of this site is for both pros and cons. Obviously there is a problem with this community or people wouldn't take their time to say so. I too think that the staff is writting reviews it's pretty obvious. Do I htink all the positive ones are? no. How would you know if the staff has time or not unless you were one. I can't stand when people think that because it's not their opinion that it doens't belong. Get a life and if you don't like it take you're own advise and MOVE along away from this page.
