I would NEVER reccomend this place. We have lived here for almost 2 years and loved it until the new management took over. We had our usual complaints before, but unles syou have you're own house, you'll have that. Now I struggle to hand them the rent check because I hate that they are getting money from us.(no that doesn't mean we dont pay lol). Maintenance is horrible since Zeb left. They fix EVERYTHING with hot glue (seriously...my shower door, my carpet, and under the sink), and are very unprofessional. I understand it must be time consuming to take care of all these units, but 9 months to fix tore up carpet (that they tore up) in my sons room is crazy. The office staff isn't all bad. The property manager (carly I think not sure) has been very nice and so has the blonde (sara maybe). However Sabrina not so much. Very rude allthe time. Funny story when I told another staff member about her attitude, she said "you just have to get to know her, whenyou do she's a sweetheart". I don't want to get to know her, it's her job to be nice fromthe start. period. Moving on from her, even thought the other staff id nice, they still can't answer my questions. They remind me of tabacco execs. Avoiding answering the direct question with a corp. answer. The new water procedure is rediculas, $45/month when for the last 2 years it hasn't been over $30...keep in mind it's illegal to make profit on utilities! Someone is making money on it.. I could go on about that for days. To sum up I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's not the worst place, but there are definately better...a lot better. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

I agree with everything this person says! I've lived here 4 years and have written good reviews in the past, but not this time. I'm very dissappointed with the maintenance crew--very unprofessional, sloppy looking and SLOW! Both times my house was to be exterminated, they were a few weeks late in coming. The first time, they forgot to include my apartment. The water bill fiasco is bad too. My water bill has NEVER been $45, so I'm angry that I'm helping offset someone else's high water bill. Not happy at all with the new management.

I also agree, What a big lie. This place looks like a project. Alleys, Trash cans. Speeding cars. Crawford is a slum landlord. They do not want to put sny money into the place. So called wild flowers, that breed animals. Black Crows. if anone likes this place they are crazy,and might as well moveinto the inner city.
