Silvertree is "ok". There is nothing or anybody that makes it spectacular. I don't know how old they are but the walls are so paper thin you can hear your neighbors thoughts. Their sewage system is horrible. When it rains the drains run slow in the bathroom sinks AND the bathtubs. Come home after work and you'll smell it. They do NOT believe in cleaning out gutters either. They are FULL of rotten moldy leaves, so if you have allergies' Don't rent here. The staff is "ok", a bit on the fake side, but I guess that's to be expected and the maintenance guys are ok. Just don't ask them to clean off your walk especially if they are in a "mood" and don't want to. Rude in a word is basically what I encountered when I asked. I do have that right, but won't do it again. The sidewalks also flood when it rains a lot too. I can't wait to leave, but if you want to settle, then this might be the place for you.

Well I did ask about my snow being removed last year and this year. I got an attitude last year from the man who was in charge of it and could have cared less if I encountered one this year. If I look around and everybody elses walks are shovelled and mine isn't? I'm asking. I pay rent, pay it on time, and that's what a portion of my money goes for. I'm leaving in less than 2 months and quite frankly this alone will have me leaving with a pretty bad taste in my mouth.
