I read the post before I moved in and now that I have been here for almost six months I've come back for my two cents. I seen the last post and wanted to comment on it. The walls are pretty thin if you get good people beside you its not bad but its not that much worse then avg apartment life. My tub does run slow because of my hair is so long and comes out easy but the staff sends people over shortly after I call even though I know its my hair. Gutters are a little slow on cleaning and will flow over. I take care of the front of my apartment myself I have a better eye and more time then the staff to plant flowers and sweep leaves off the patio. The staff is always in the office and drops whatever they are doing to help me...never had a bad experience yet...but i will keep you posted. Anyhow if I do decide to move out I will make sure to stay in the area up here, its like living back in the woods.
