You do get what you pay for, so don't expect a luxury hotel. The staff was always very friendly to me and all maintenance requests were handled the same day, even on the weekends. I had a good experience here. The apartments are small and the heating system is poor, but for the price you can't beat it. Parking was never an issue and they plowed the snow/ice in a timely manner. It's close to Easton and anything else you may need. I think the entire area (Easton, Gahanna) has gone down hill, but these are removed enough to still be ok. They are very quiet. I rarely heard my neighbors. The set up was poor. Who puts a patio off of the bedroom anyways' Again, for the price it's safe, quiet, convenient, and great for a single person.
