One of the best things about this apartment is that it doesn't seem like an apartment at all. I looked at all the apartments in the Little Turtle area before deciding to live here, and although this one is a little bit smaller, it has such a better feeling of a home. There's a lot of green space and trees and you're not right on top of your neighbors. I think that helps with it being so quiet here, too, which is my next favorite thing. I've never lived in an apartment before where I didn't hear my neighbors banging around at 7am or thumping music at midnight, or kids running amok all over the place, until now. It's really peaceful here, and the neighbors that I've met are super nice. The staff here is also unbelievabley nice, every time I go into the office they talk to me like I'm a long lost family member, and they always wave or stop to talk if they see me in the parking lot. The complex is really clean and you can tell that they take good care of it. Last summer I even saw the office girls outside helping to clean up and plant flowers. There's always plenty of parking spots in front of my building, and I'm glad I don't have to park somewhere else and walk. My utilities are pretty low, less than $100 a month, which is a welcome thing compared to the last place I lived, where my gas bill was over $150, electric $100, and water $50 (for just ME in the apartment!).
Really, the ONLY thing I'd say isn't great is that I wish my apartment was just a little bigger, but for everything else that IS great, I wouldn't move for the world, especially after reading so many of these reviews on here.
