Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
Worst customer service possible. The staff is never in the clubhouse so if you have a problem you either need to call and leave a message or wait 3 days until someone is around. Then their maintenance staff is poor. We have ended up fixing our own problems because they do not know how to fix the problem, or if they do it is half assed and breaks again shortly after. Also I have asked them 4 times to fix the carpet stains and they have never come, they are stains from before I moved in that they claim they never saw. They come over everytime to look, but they rotate staff so much the people never know anything about it. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
