I moved in back in August of 2005 and the majority of my experience has been pretty good. However, that has really only been within the last year since the current property management staff has been there. For the most part apartment living is not the greatest no matter where you live. I like my neighbors, the neighborhood kids and the management staff. They have always been courteous to me and my wife and have fulfilled our service request fairly quickly. Mostly the same day. You do get a lot of apartment for the money compared to the other communities mainly because of the finished basement with wood-burning fireplace and wet bar. The master bedroom is huge! Plus, if you like small communities this would be a great fit. There is always room for improvement in apartment living but overall we have had a good experience here. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
