This is my first apartment, I live with my boyfriend and a good friend in a 2 bedroom 2 bath. the management is so wonderful!!!!!! I mean tracy and kim are so understanding and nice, they've letso many things slid on my behalf as far as me just starting out as a 1st time renter,I mean like helping and explainging thing to me. And i really think that the grounds keeper or maintainance guys really went above and beyond during a large poweroutage everyone got this summer. let me tell you what they did, the wind storm knocked off hundreds of tiles off the roofs. the management girls were in jeans and tees picking them all up all day. What the maintains guys did was too much. our trash compacter is electric, and with the power being out every one had to throw out food. it was discusting!!!! those guys used their personal pickups to load dozens of gross trash to another location so our trash wouldnt be over flowing! and all anyone did was give them crap! every one!!!!! I think this place is wonderful. I think that most of us as americans are spoiled rotten! there are places in the worl that have nothing!!!! you know this is an apartment and you do have neighbors if your lucky you might get nice ones. they let me pick my location and I spoke to the neighbors before choosing. One of my neighbors baked me cookies when I moved in! I go jogging at night and in the morning.people are gonna have bad experiances and great. thats with everything that will ever happen in your life. you need to look at the positive and solve the negitive. thats all.... parking is good. I did have some noisie neighbors at one point and we got a noise complaint one time. I talked to my down stairs neighbors and came to an agreement. they could work on the lake. make it look nicer. but thats the olny negitive I can think of.I get a discount on my rent for working with ohio health:)
