The Cove's grounds have much better than average eye appeal and they do not pad the rent to cover a lot of extras that I never use. Where The Cove really shines is in the personnel area. The office staff is friendly, knowledgeable and willingly goes the extra mile in accommodating any reasonable requests by the residents. They always give adequate notice for inspections and the like. The maintenance staff handles their requests for service very quickly, either same day or next day. Also, I have never had to have them redo any of their work. For these reasons, I have highly recommended The Cove to many individuals, and I will continue to do so.
