I have never had such a bad expirence. I lived here for a year and the management in the office is terrible. The manager is so fake its creepy. On three seperate occassions I told her about things not working right in my apartment and on all of those occassions I had to call back and tell her again because she forgot. The best part was that she lied to me and told me that she had told the maintenance guys about the problems. When confronted about this she offered up what she could conjer as far as a smile, never apologized, and said she would get someone over to my place. They are disorganized and uncaring. I do agree tat you can hear everything in these apartments. I realize that it is living in an apartment but when my downstairs neighbors dog wakes me up every morning barking and the main office has little care in the world as to it happening, I feel whatever advantages you are suppouse to get from apartment living diminish. As far as the Meijer being next door, yea great excapt for the fact that people are always using this place as a cut through. You see them constantly driving in and dumping their trash and then leaving. Nothing ever works in the fitness center and the pool, well it is way too small to be in a place that size. For that matter, try finding a parking spot, its a total joke! For the money, you could definately find a better place to live. Its a lot of money to spend to get bad service, tresspassers, and a feeling like a dorm.
