Our Safety Was Compromised

Items were discovered missing from our apartment.
The Westerville Police responded, and, after talking with the complex manager, discovered that she let an unknown person into our apartment. Management neither checked for any ID, nor did they seek to confirm the purpose of their need to enter the apartment. Management also did not inform us that a person was given access to our apartment.
FYI, the management company is fully aware of the situation, yet the apartment manager remains in her present role.
Our lawsuit is still pending.
