I really enjoyed living there. I had two separate apartments through the 4 years I was there. My second one was their large one bedroom overlooking the wooded ravine. Many people visited and complimented on the quietness and great location/scenery. I also had a garage so the parking situation did not become an issue. My maintenance experiences were great, and I thought the office staff was very helpful - especially Pat. I think you need to pick the right location in any apartment, and hope for the best neighbors. Maybe I got lucky. I would not suggest renting close to the Meijer loading docks -due to the noise, but closer to the wooded areas. Second floor apartments had vaulted ceilings and are much quieter than bottom apartments in general. A-plus experience here.
