Pat is very nice at times, but if confronted with a problem becomes very defensive and almost rude. She does not follow through on items that need to be fixed and treats you as though you are a jerk for even asking.
The fitness room television has been out of service for months and months as well as one of the treadmills. The entry door is often broken, meaning one cannot enter; it is very hit or miss whether you can get in or not. Get it fixed right, use stronger hardware or something. One treadmill is not enough and they are not super expensive, either fix the one that is broken, or get a new one.
The maintenance person seems prompt and thorough, the other office staff are consistently kind and helpful.
