Moved into the Villas back in Feb and left due to employment relocation in Sept. On a scale on 1-10 (with 10 being the best) I would rate it a 9.5 (going to give it 5 stars here on this site) I only have one complaint which would be a lack of sufficient parking spaces. I know many residents didnt use their garages so thats not really the Villas fault but I would blame them for the goofy garage assignments. Some people (like me) had to hoof it quite a ways just to get to their garage. Many garages didnt have openers but as I was moving out I heard they were going to install them on all units. This should help as long as the tenants use them!

OK, on to the praise! First off The Villas sits on Little Turtle Country Club. The view and the area is top notch! Many of the apartments have great views of the golf course. I could sit on my balcony and watch golfers tee off on #8 and put in about 30 from me. I honestly felt like I was living on a resort. My girlfriend and I felt safe at all times living there. On a couple of occasions I forgot to lock my car at night and nothing happened. Heck I bet I could have left my keys in the ignition and it wouldnt have moved!

The apartments have GREAT layouts, not your average cookie cutter apartments. Lots of closet and cupboard space. Try to get a top floor if you can, the vaulted ceilings give the impression of it being twice the size of a 1st floor unit!

The office staff is great. When you have a complaint, IT GETS DELT WITH! The complex is on the smaller side so you are not a number you have a name! The maintenance guys are top notch and live on site. If something breaks it gets fixed fast and correctly, no band-aid patch up work. The other residents are also great. Most everyone says hi and is friendly. In the short time we were there we made friends with A LOT of fellow residents. We felt welcome VERY fast.

The biggest compliment I can give is this: If I ever move back home to Columbus it will be the first place I look at for my housing needs! It is by far the nicest apartment Ive ever lived in. If I could have moved my apartment, the office staff, ect.. to Dallas I would have! (I would however leave all the snow up there!)

If youre looking around the Little Turtle area I would encourage you to stop by and give it a look. You wont be disappointed!
