Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
The setting is very nice, however the management & grounds have declined & deteriorated, especially in the past 2 years. There have been incidents of property damage & 2 sexual predators living here. Definitely look elsewhere! I'm leaving because of work orders not being completed, damage to my property, noise, domestic disturbances (police being called)& just general decline in grounds & property character & lack of perking.
