I have lived here for a bit over a year and all the neighbors are extremely nice. There is a hired in grounds crew that takes well care of the property. Each apt comes with a free garage, only problem is that some people chose not to use there's, so there is a bit of a problem for quest parking. The apartments are huge, but most seem to have a bit of older appliances-probably mid 80's. Grounds crew and management for very friendly and responsive. HUGE apartments. I live in a 2nd fl (stairs on inside) 2bd/2bth apt that is over 1000 sq ft. Floors a bit thin from top to bottom, but not bad. I just have really load neighbors. I got stuck with the inconsiderate couple. Very pet friendly, even has a play yard for dogs. Lots of closet space and all come with a fireplace. Down fall is that you pay water and sewage, apts are gas and elec, and finally, very old windows and large patio sliding door that leaks air badly. Still a great value for the money and you live in the Turtle, the middle of everything!!!
