Staff wasn't sure about Prices and Specials

My husband and I narrowed it down to two complexes and after a week of conversing with both complexes we were leaning towards this property until the day we decided to sign a lease. I called the complex to verify that they did have the floor plan we requested, the staff was not very knowledgeable on their special and gave us different answers on prices, both of which were different from their website. I do understand prices are subject to change but they didn't want to honor any of the four special offered on their website. Including the washer and dryer in every unit, yeah not so much. Not to mention "because we were getting the apartment so cheap" they would not honor their preferred employer program which helps with some of the fees and deposits. Not to mention they are one of the few properties that do not refund all of the deposits, this day I was told half of the deposits were refundable. The location and property were amazing just heed the warning to check prices a few times and they may change overnight. Basic to poor service. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

I went to the Villas today to look at a one bedroom, but they didn't have anything to show me, weren't sure when they would, and didn't even seem very interested in talking to me anyway. And when I asked what the prices were, because the rental magazines and websites contradict each other, I was told that they "changed every few weeks", and that there was really no way of knowing which price points would be available for when I needed to move. They couldn't even give me a RANGE. Sorry, if the staff doesn't even know their own prices, and prices change that often, I'd be very nervous about what would happen AFTER I moved in. I think I decided to pass on the Villas with that very unknowledgeable and lackluster sales pitch.
