Having lived at The Villas for some time now I have seen the property deteriorate but the rent/fees go up. The clientele is becoming less "desirable" and people with large dogs are not made to clean up after their dogs. The dog play yard is like walking in a "mine field." The grounds are becoming more cluttered and some of the gutters/downspouts are either laying on the ground or leaning against buildings. Also, some residents are working on their cars even though such activity is specifically not allowed according to the leases.
I like the size and floor plan of my apartment very much as well as the location and would prefer not to move, as moving is such a task. However, if the community looked as it does now when I chose it for a home I would not even have stopped into the rental office for information.
The maintenance crew does a wonderful job. But there is more work than just the two can do.
