Really nice place to live They have great staff here who will work with you and the apartments are very nice and have a lot of space. Well worth the money just there. Also there is the stream off of Hover Damn right behind the apartments for activities like Kayaking or just going out with the kids

Nice community. Nice floorplans and the price is perfect for the area. I wish they had a grill at the pool but they did give me a free gym membership. I referred my buddy from work and they gave me $400 on my rent which was really helpful.

You cannot get rid of these apartments with out paying atleast 720$
your 99$ Deposit will never return.
They will say the fines are drafted by an outside company, which means you are stuck up paying the heavy fine.

Very Peaceful lifestyle I have only been here a short time but I find it very peaceful living here. I don't here hardly any noise from my neighbors. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and I am very happy with my choice. I highly recommend living here.
