I lived there for 2.5 yrs. It is absolutely not kid friendly, tons of dog poop everywhere. They will keep anyone to renew a lease , even the ones that live upstairs of you & puke at the same time every morning it was ridiculous. You can hear everything through the walls , try explaining to your little one the sex noises from the neighbors. The staff was great at first till we wanted to move into our own house. Somehow in their new management they "lost" my proof of my dog deposit. I had to find a 3yr old copy of a check to get my deposit back, then it still didn't end there I had to call georgia 10 x's a day to get a response about my deposit. Also, they had many breakins that were done w/past employees (call westlake police to verify) talk about scary. Dirty, cold pool too. Seriously don't have high expectations & document everything.
