I would never reccomend this place to anyone, in fact, I cannot wait to move. The buildings are old and run down. The inside of the apartment isn't any better. There is limited parking, so forget about having friends over. The garages and car ports are limited and the space is too small to park a full size car. To be honest the grounds are trashy. People keep trash in their car ports and garages and leave them open. For as "high class" of an area this is, I would not reccommend this apartment complex at all!!

As far as the staff, if you can get passed the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the girls in the front office, and the creepy repairmen, I guess you can live here. The inside of the apartments are old, so expect a lot of repairs. The light fixtures, showers, and appliances need to be updated as well as the water heaters. If you can get passed those, welcome home. As for me, I can't wait to move out. I would not reccommend this place. I would pay $50 more and move down the street so I could have some peace. Also, be prepared for a lot of random reasons for these people to enter your apartment.

i'll bet people can't wait for you to move either. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences anytime I've had a maintenance request. I see maintenance picking up trash everyday, and if people wouldn't be lazy and pick up after themselves, mabey your building wouldn't look so bad. People who live in apartments think the staff has to run around with toilet paper in their hands wiping peoples butts all day. I'll tell ya what, why dont you buy or rent a house and see how quick a private landlord is to come change your lightbulb or fix your heat in the middle of the night. As far as the apartment goes, I have all newer lights and a new microwave and refridgerator, the stove is old and so was my hot water tank when I moved in, but when the tank went bad they came and replaced it right away. Mabey it's YOUR negative attitude that prompts a negative reaction. Good luck to you and any future landlords you may have.

I had a similar bad experience at Barrington. The maintence guys were creepy and the girls in the office were usually rude and not helpful. I had good neighbors, though. I think most had good attitudes and for the amount of money I spent on rent at that place, I expected better. I expected to at least be treated with respect and that couldn't even give me that.
