Pros:
Most apartments have quite a bit of space and/or storage space. The complex seems to be safe. The free tanning bed is a plus. The leasing office staff is normally helpful and maintenance requests are usually quick handled.

Cons:
The entire complex seems to be rather dated. The workout facilities literally have equipment from the 1980s with no plans to replace it. It is falling apart. Parking is hard to come by and the leased parking facilities are rather bad and poorly managed. Noise from other apartments is very bad unless your neighbor is dead. The heating and air conditioning units in the apartments are horribly inefficient. Plan on high utility bills. The water pressure in most apartments leaves much to be desired.

Shop around before leasing an apartment from this location.
