This place is falling apart. The street lights mostly do not work and have been broken for sometime, creating a safety issue. The paint is peeling off the balcony support beams, the common hallways outside the apartments are never cleaned, the garbage collection area is a mess and rats have been seen (there is an open dumpster) and the pool was finally just opened in July. There is always some excuse about the former maintenance staff. I've been here 3 years and I've had enough. I thought when the former property manager left things would improve. She drove away several leasing associates and maintenance people because they could not work with her. So when the new team showed up and promised all kinds of change, I thought things would improve. They have not. I think quite possible this community is out of money. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I totally agree. I will be moving out at the end of my lease. There are rats and racoons all around the dumpster at night and its like they never seem to empty it. The pool was opened a week into July. This place really is falling apart. A resident who has lived here 7 years just moved out and someone else who has lived here 10 years will be moving out at the end of their lease. DO NOT DO NOT move here!!

I just heard the proerty is up for sale..no wonder they wont fix things, why bother if they are trying to sell it..again...
