I am the Manager at Hunter's Chase Apartments. Please come to visit us! I am sure you will find Hunter's Chase to be a wonderful home. Unfortunately, it is impossible to please everyone! I can only say that out of 244 suites, we have maintained at least a 95% occupancy rate and our renewal rate exceeds 65%. Most of our residents leave to purchase homes or because of job transfers. Yes, we have had some evictions in my 3.5 years at this property. Unfortunately, those who choose not to realize that this is multifamily living and it is my job to try to make a comfortable home for ALL of my residents, become extremely disgruntled, choose to leave or are asked to leave, and then write anonymous messages on websites. In the case of the person with a BIG RODENT, I can assure you that I did not suggest it came in through their balcony door - I have not heard that mice can climb poles!!! Regarding my staff, please come and see for yourself - you will find them truly dedicated to Hunter's Chase and the well being of our residents. We have a wonderful group of residents as well, who know that they are welcome in our office at any time. I don't know that anything in life is perfect - but we try very hard. I have rated the questions as honestly as I can!
