Unlike previous reviewer, we have few complaints overall. Apartment is nice (ours was in move-in condition, except for one small thing that was fixed the day we called about it). Grounds are nice. Snow removal and shoveling are prompt. Dog waste removal is a problem at times; this seems like an easy problem to correct, but it keeps happening. Noise levels no more than in any apartment buliding, and less than in many. Great location. We like it (been here 7 months).
