Wasn't bad...

We lived in Remington from Jan.03 -March 04. While it wasn't the best complex we ever lived in, it surely wasn't the worst either. The office staff was helpful. It was nice having a hottub indoors onsite. There could have been more sidewalks, as I often had to walk in the road to maneuver my strollers for my children out to the main sidewalk on Detroit Rd. Maintence staff was always courteous, though our hot water heater was faulty and it took several attempts at fixing it before it worked properly (the water supply was routed improperly causing us to have cold and lukewarm water at any temp setting). There was plenty of parking available even with our attached garages, a perk that I didn't realize until after living in another complex with attached garages and NOT enough extra parking! As another reviewer said the windows in this complex are very low grade or substandard. We had to cover them with blankets under the blinds to keep drafts from coming in them in the winter. I would recommend this complex, but only if it's not stretching your finances to live there.
