Take your pick as to which issue you can live with. I moved to the Cleveland area from another state and heard that the Remington apartments were upper class living. Although the outside looks like it could be a nice place to live it is deceiving in my eyes. From the day i signed my lease there were problems. The management lost the keys to the apartment. The maintenance staff had to break in to the apartment through the patio door which cause the door to have two crowbar size holes between the door and the door frame. They said they would fix it (that never happened even after complaining a few times) I had to get weather stripping to fill in the gap due to the cold air and snow that would poor through. The kitchen sink trap leaked from the first day. it took a month to get maintenance to come out and fix it ( it still leaked after) i sent in a second request for fix but no one ever came to fix. The noise level from other buildings in the court yard and the people in my building was non stop. Music all hours at night and fire works being shot off during the night was more then i could stand. I went to the office to complain but nothing ever changed.
After 3 months of a 6 months lease it was well worth the $2,000 to get out of my lease from there. Just my opinion but please do you research before signing anything.

I kinda get sick of seeing all the people vent and get on here to make sure I review the places I have lived and the comments left. This one is ridiculous. Anyone who has ever lived there knows the maintenance is fantastic and prompt. And fireworks? Are you serious? EVER? Ok, maybe if it was the 4th of July, but even then, do you hate America or something? Unless this person had all their windows and patio open and went to bed at 7pm I couldn't possibly imagine how they could ever say they heard any sound from the other buildings. This place is quiet and very private. You almost never even notice that anyone lives in any of the units, because most of the poeple living there were professionals gone throughout the day. Thanks, and sorry for all the typing. I just like to vent back when someone leaves an unjustified review of a place I've lived and know is great.
