We lived here for over a year and loved every minute of it. I was a police officer in the area, and I can tell you this place is safe and private. I never felt like I had to worry about my family when I wasn't home. I'll keep this short but here's the good parts of living here: BIG spacious units, nice balconies, low utilities, excellent layouts, fantastic maintenance, no charge tanning (come on), awesome pool and hot tub you can access 24/7. Plus they take dogs of most sizes, and have in-suite washer and dryer which I can no longer live without. I have to tell you, the units here are very quiet, and I never heard anyone next to us or below us. ---------------------> Now for the few bad things: some of the people living here are a little snobby (nice car/LOADS of debt, pretending to be something they aren't), the carpeting they use is garbage (looks nice, destroys vacuums), and if you live on the 3rd floor, the stairwells are tiny and twist up so don't expect to get a piano or large couch into your apartment. Lastly, there isn't much extra parking so don't expect to have any parties ---------------> We moved back to the East side but I have to tell you, we definitely miss this place even over a year later.
